I price the going rate for an old oak of 10gems per year of life and 5 gems per level. I have a few that're 1-2 years in my oldie tab simple because I don't see them that old often and wanted to preserve them in hopes that they reach OO status. I also have a few in my hib den. I will be keeping Lyrraina, Evian, Phresh, Cerulean, Yven, Sweena, Penthus, Alim, and Meta. Otherwise everyone is fair game. I prefer treasure but I can do gems if that's easier.
