hello! i am not at all new but i'd like to toss my hat into the ring for Sunstone and Moonstone; i noticed that they are siblings, and i feel it would be a shame for them to be separated x’) i have a very soft spot for old families in particular, especially ones that have stayed together for years. lairs and tastes change, so when they've managed to hold onto each other for so long i want to preserve that bond. some of my favorite dragons are old partners, siblings, or families that i've kept together- Marmaduke and his surviving children bring me so much joy, as do Celeste and Rind who i bought as mates a long time ago <3 i wouldn’t part with any of them for the world
i think its very sweet that Moonstone is his sister’s charge; i would likely pretty them up a bit with new genes, but Sunstone’s breed would never change so i could keep that bit of lore and build on it :D there’s a lot you can do with a small concept- Beezle came to me with only four words in his bio, ‘occupation: musician’ and ‘familiar: Claret’. It has grown into so much more, interwoven with some of my other dragons, and i would love to do that for the sun and moon siblings! i do hope i can care for them in your place ^^
edited to add- scries for both, i don’t think i’d change either of their breeds. since their parents aren’t with them maybe i’d fold them into one of my other families as adopted children, or have them drawn to an unlikely parental figure. in any case i’d want them to have support and love from other lore characters
i don’t know what heartwarming memory to spotlight, there’s a lot really >> talking with someone kind who walked me through training my first dragon to level 25 and celebrating when i got there, hatching my very first elemental egg, finding other fans of games i love, joining the Old Oaks community, convincing my partner to join FR (she still plays!).. among other things x) i love this site with my whole heart, it has been good to me for as long as i’ve played!
whether you let me be their new lair or not, i appreciate you taking the time to read this and wish you all the best with your future! leaving FR behind is a bittersweet farewell, but i’m glad you’re leaving happily and with no regrets. even when your lair is quiet the site with remember you, through the dragons you passed on and the people you spoke to. good luck with your job offer- i hope everything goes smoothly as you transition away from FR and into focusing on your career. thank you for making memories here one last time!
