| One of the owners of Hibiscus Flourish, a bar in the top terraces of Vervain, Rind's muted colors fade into a much quieter personality than his partner's. The more relaxed imperial often hangs around the bar's regulars and does the upkeep work that keeps it running. Celeste's loudness is endearing to him, and he loves the sunny imperial in all her raucous glory. |
