Underlined are the key stats for that fighting type; if you can't get your Anticipate up before the enemies attack, you can lose a chance for Breath to a fast attacker. Meditating Breath fast, and having a chance to Contuse enemies first, is also valuable.

If you click on the links (the orange text), you'll find the Sedona Build, a Coliseum build that you can use to train 3 dragons up to Level 25 without using any Eliminate stones. There's also a link to Andromeda, a dragon whose bio contains several links to different Coliseum guides.
Comparing the numbers under "Scratch," it appears that her previous owner was keeping track of the recommended stats from the Sedona build, which uses the [gamedb item=495] battle stone. The user then came up with alternative stat builds using [gamedb item=688] and [gamedb item=496] in place of Scratch, and saved them as such here.
I have never seen these other stat builds before today, however. After some digging, Andromeda's owner @/ArchangelBeth has a forum post or two recommending these same stats. It appears they created the Meditate and Anticipate builds shown here, and saved the text in a dragon bio, which they didn't remove before selling the dragon.
If you want to know more, you might ask @/ArchangelBeth yourself! [emoji=new friend]
EDIT: Fixed a coding mistake.
