Okay! I made my version of the Leafcat, and am pretty happy with it. I can't believe how long it has been since I used photoshop. I hope that the colouring on the leaves is not too much like shading. If the .psd file is needed please contact me

None of the different colors are supposed to be shading. It's basically a leafpile kitty, and since fallen leaves often have different colors all in the same leaf, that's what I did here. It's all in one layer.

My first thought upon hearing Buttersnake was 'Why is there a snake made of butter? And why the random wings on it? This creature makes no sense..." Took me two weeks to figure it out, but in the meantime I got very clear image of what a snake of butter would look like, so behold! The yellow python of butter!

((So this was my very first time using this sort of program. I usually deal in code not colour.))

'Kay well. A handful of flight mates say I should submit this. >.> Made my kitty near the beginning of this but I've held off submitting it because of my design choice. The additional berries I've added on this Leaf Cat's design do not add to the line work. They are simply dark red circles with lighter, and slightly smaller, red dots on top. But anyway, introducing Holly Leaf Cat! I like to imagine these felines prowl the evergreen forests of the Snowquall Tundra, hunting prey. The berries that grow from their skin likely contains a poisonous compound as a self defense mechanism. The berries could probably be harvested by the owners of the tamed Leaf Cats to be used for making poison products for pest control [s]and possibly weaponry.[/s]
