Since the site's inception, I'm pretty sure o_o The flight that has dominance gets a 15% discount off treasure marketplace purchases, which of course includes festival skins. (Second place flight gets a 7% one.) Moving the festival skins out of the treasure MP and into Joxar presumably prevented the discount from being applied but presumably they'll workshop that and have it working by the next festival.

Heck yes. I'm loving this cyborg armor apparel - a ton of cool fandragon designs just opened up. FR's had a real dearth of futuristic apparel until now, and it combos super well with certain past fest items like the stormclaws and voltvolleys as well. Some incredible skins this go-around, too - artists knocked it out of the park.
I'm weirdly disappointed in lightning's aura, though? Light's aura had me hoping they'd go full ethereal this time, but it looks like they're making the same design-choice-slash-mistake as the halos by cluttering up the design with flight-related solid bits. Adding in that kind of chunky decor severely limits the use of the item compared to purely elemental auras and my hopes have taken something of a hit moving forward; I'm afraid of what they're going to do to auras like Plague and Shadow if this is the direction they've chosen.
