When the heavy bag hit the floor next to Tal, the poor Wildclaw shrieked in a panic, nearly jumping off the ledge in the reaction. Instead, he ducked down and cowered for a minute, before opening his eyes and peeking around him. "Not...Bronte...Ok. Just a heavy bag.."
He looked at the bag in slight embarrassment, opening it to see what was inside. Seeing the many books, Tal peered upwards where the bag fell from, before getting an idea. "I'll just... Drop this down. Maybe whoever works here will notice it and put it in the lost and found..If they have those here." Tal made his way to the edge of his balcony and peeked over the edge, then dropping the bag down to the next balcony. Along with the bag, a few of his feathers that came off when he was startled drifted down to the next level as well.

Mephistopheles was just chilling UNTIL A BAG BONKED HIM ON THE HEAD?? WHY WOULD YOU DO THAT TO A DRAGONET??? although not really a dragonet when you’re an immortal god.

Being in a library is already dangerous enough for a dragon with such a propensity for fire, but Smolder certainly wasn't expecting someone to hurl a burning rock at his balcony! He quickly scoops it up from the smoking remains of the bookshelf it landed on, and flies off to dispose of it properly.
As he alights, a lantern is knocked to the balcony below [along with a flurry of ash and half-burned pages]. Hopefully that doesn't ignite anything...[/center]

She breathes out a small amount of frostbreath, and shoots it at the lantern.
Electricity and glitchiness shoots through the lantern. The flame gives way, to a black hole...
Seer snorts and attempts to throw the black hole at the balcony above. It instead, begins falling down and sucking up balconies as it goes...

Twistedgaze was just minding his own business when a hatchling came tumbling down from above. He was about to scold its foolishness when he realized what was descending from the balcony above him. He snatched up the hatching and flew inside as quickly as possible, knocking over a few candles in his panic.

Spacesong grumbled to herself as she saw the black hole and took something out of a basket she had set aside. It was a glowing orb she threw, which stopped the black hole dead in it's tracks. Satisfied, she walks away, not noticing the candles still falling to the next balcony...

And the candles land on the next balcony, right next to a youthful gaoler curled up and resting... Only for him to be interrupted by the tip of his tail catching on fire. Using a bit of ice magic, he manages to put it off, overdoing it a little. Or maybe a lot, since now there's a sizable mass of snow tumbling down to the next floor.

Seer glares at her black hole. Clearly, it hasn't gone anywhere.
She begins to create another one out of the snowballs. She then summons the black hole. Instantly, the balcony begins to go within the black hole.
Seer then grabs a chair, a wheel, a metal box thing, and a stick. She then attaches them to the black hole. She sits down, and pulls the lever, while the surrounding balconies are being sucked into the black hole. Books, tables, scrolls, and other things are being sucked up...
She then starts playing heavy metal with the volume on 1000%.
The BlackHoleMobile is now a thing. And she's driving it onto the next balcony with a massive grin...
