Harmony has such a cool lore story and idea! I always love the "sword behind a smile" type and the mechanics of her curse are very interesting... but perhaps I'll pass on hearing her sing.
I think I might have a few bards that aren't written enough to share, but I do have a minstrel that at least has the bones of a bio, haha.

They don't have fully written lore yet, but Kyra here is a wandering minstrel turned accidently into an Abberation. Double coordination and a free duet whenever they need it. Win-win!
