If you accidentally sell or melt a familiar and any duplicates you may have had of it too bad your bond level is reset; if you wanna bond again go ahead but if you’ve already earned a chest for a certain level you can’t earn it again.

Every month you get a completely randomized Gen 1 Dragon. All genes, breeds, eye types, element, etc, completely random (basically you get a Scrying Workshop dragon, so no modern genes on ancient breeds.) This includes imperials, by the way. If your lair is full you just don't get it, and they come on random days each month.

All dragons with broken/glitched genes (or even a gene with an extra stray pixel) get exalted all at once suddenly by staff. There will be no fix to the glitch- only destruction. You cannot get the dragon back, not even from the "recover exalted dragon" page.
Hoping that Lead Koi Tundra baby you made a permababy got fixed so they'd actually show their adorable face to the world? Sorry but they're gone now!
That Gen 2 Imp with a super pretty Iri/Shim that happened to have black outlines? Sucks to be you, you can't get him back now!
Loved that female Guardian progen you gave Petals to because of the gradient she alone would get as a female Guardian? Bye bye, now you only have one progen in the game ever! You don't get a replacement btw, so good luck!
Better hope you don't have one unwittingly if this ever happened, or worse it was like the Obelisk Flair incident...
