I love Gaolers!! They are one of my absolute favorite breeds. It looks like I only have three of them though.... I thought I had more, but it looks like I keep confusing my Obelisks for Gaolers as well, whoops! But my argument still stands. I love them. LOOK AT THESE BOYS!!

I didn't like them either in the beginning, but now I find them really cool! For me, it was awesome skins that made me start warming up to them. So much so that my second and third ever breeding projects were both Gaolers!

...well my only perma baby:

and...well my lair is nearly all gaoler...but i dont have the treasure / gems
(and sometimes genes...oh i envy modern breeds for some of their genes...made me think about switching to tundras...they too are floof...)
but then again i remember even if the new digsite activity has only 2 modern genes...they told us that there will be more digsites in the future....and that means gaolers (and the other ancients) still have a chance to get new genes from there.
(i am also very exited that banes get a gene drop JUST in scorched forest, that means there could be more coli drops in the future)
anyway (my most finished pairs...my i dont know how much work-on pairs will not be showed):

My thing is that I really wish the gnarlhorns gene didn't add the long claws, I love the look of the big horns on the male pose but I can't get over the nails, they look so uncomfortable...
