You forgot to add a few thing on your form, though!

Do you have any references for the clothes you'd like for them? It can be several references for insp, it doesn't need to be a single one!
Or would you rather have it as a surprise? If so, I can design with only a theme (sci-fi clothing, steampunk, romantic victorian, etc) and base it on the dragon alone for a 30% fee! (:

Either option, I'd need to know the level of complexity (Simple/Neat/Complex design) and the Add-ons (what apparel to include, if skin is also included, if any dragon parts should be included).

If that outfit is too much detail wise, would something like this with gold trim be possible? With the jabot (frilly white neck thing) instead of a tie, and a white handkerchief in the right breast pocket.
