So, do leveled dragons count the same as multiple dragon exalts?
@DragonTemplar I think so, i could be wrong with that.
I do know though that when two flights fight for dom like ice vs shadow or fire vs nature, the bigger flight tends to have to exalt more levels due to the flight population balence. Depending on the flights the difference for the larger flight could be 2 for every 1 by the smaller flight. This is why smaller flights like fire and earth blitz and larger flights hoard.
