Hello! Yesterday I posted 3 dragons for auction which sold. I did not recieve the almost $15000 coins. How can I get them?

Hello! Yesterday I posted 3 dragons for auction which sold. I did not recieve the almost $15000 coins. How can I get them?

FYI, the standard currency in FR is called 'treasure', and usually abbreviated to t or kt (for thousand treasure, to make it quicker to write). 15000t is 15kt.

There are 3 that i sold that are showing there, but I did not recieve the t.

@Vendrus I just tried to sell an adult just then for 6 kt that sold almost instantly but when i tried to collect it it didn’t give me the $$$

If there's something at the link I sent you, that means there's money waiting for you to collect.
Can you check your treasure amount again? There's a bit of lag between www and www1 pages do it can take up to a few minutes for changes in things like treasure amount to show up

I checked it again, several times, and nothing showed up. I have tried selling dragons on dif days too.

Can you take a couple of screenshots of the profit page with your treasure count visible and post them? One with a dragon that's sold but you haven't collected yet and one after collecting.

You can also upload the pictures to https://imgbb.com/ if you're on mobile and don't want to get the imgur app.
Basically, you take a screenshot on your device using either your snipping tool (computer) or on mobile there will be a button combination you can use. On mine it's volume down + power at the same time. Then, you go to the image hosting website and upload your picture from your device.
Once the picture is on the website, you can copy the link and paste it on Flight Rising so that we can see it.
