Edit: hes an aquatic dragon too so hes got gills, cheek fins, and a head lure

Good question! Not quite modern: cars and planes exist and are widespread, as are very rudimentary mobile phones, but computers and such are still a ways off.

It's hot as all heck and he's trying to keep his bird from evaporating. I'm sure in game this isn't a real issue, but I couldn't get the image of the water bird hiding under an umbrella from my head. (If that doesn't work, maybe it's raining and the bird hates rain, which would be hilarious to me? IDK. I'm so tired today. I drew this whole thing with my head held up by my coffee thermos.)
