This is Chrysanthème, he protects a graveyard and takes care of the tombstones, makes sure that offerings don't get stolen, and gives flowers to graves that don't get visited. When a dragon is found, if they are unknown, he will put them in a special place that he calls Remembrance, where forgotten dragons will be remembered in some way.

She is a kind soul and eager to help out with the hatchlings in the lair who love to hide in her fluffy mane.
