It depends, you get a first gen of that flight with random colours etc, but they also sell for a lot! So it's if you want a first gen of the flight of the egg or treasure/gems!

@Huntess financially: no. of course you could get lucky and hatch a dragon with amazing colors or a triple obsidian etc. but the chances are astronomically slim, so you're better off selling your egg for 300-350g than trying to sell a decent looking gen1 for 50g
