Ooooooh Nocturne!
My beloved clan leader, Sombra. She's the first successful breeding I completed project after joining the site. Her hatch was a big surprise since she came from a clutch of one egg, which I was disappointed at first... but then the single egg nest ended up being my goal, and I ended up writing in that she was the prophesied leader who would be born from a one egg clutch along a specific family tree. I couldn't be happier with her.

Then I have Shade, Sombra's loyal mate and now a personal guard/spy. I love this dragon so much! She was a dream dragon, and I searched for her colors and only found one result, a gen1 in someone's Hibernal Den. I inquired about buying the dragon and they were so sweet they gave her to me for free! She's actually so perfect too because I wanted a male turned with a pose scroll. I don't remember who gave me the dragon, but she is loved and spoiled!

Finally we have Zargosa, who is a major villain in my clan lore and is currently serving in prisons built under the clan. She is a selfish dragon who wants to stir up trouble to disrupt the balance of power in the Clan, then take advantage of that vulnerability to thrive off of illicit activities within the sub clan known as The Ash District. She ended up disrupting the clan badly enough that the Ash District became an independent clan with its own ruling body. Despite looking a bit unusual, I find her to be absolutely gorgeous and she is one of my all time favorite Nocturne dragons in my lair!

Nocturnes have always reminded me of bats, and since I like bats, I have a few floating around my lair:

This G1 girl is still a project from last year's NotN, but she is one of 2 eggs I managed to find during the holiday (the only 2 I've found thus far). When I finish her, she will receive a name and be a very bright Shadow rep, kind of contradictory to the "ideal" Shadow dragon, but that's the idea. (I'm not going to show the other G1 Nocturne simply because he looks very much like this gal)

Unfortunately the saturation of the Sapphire color is too much for me to actually look at (I do like the color), but I think I've found a pretty good outfit for him so I can admire his color without being blinded.

She's my Clan's wandering mapmaker; her dream is to create her own map of Sornieth and the Clan allows her to do this, provided that she travels with the Imperial Wynn as her bodyguard.
