Jaia is one of the most fire-like dragons in our Lair, both in terms of appearance and personality. Seeks to become a warrior. She is a strong and dedicated armorer and blacksmith, passionate about her job and how it uses her power to protect and serve her people, and thus a very fervent supporter of Poe's cause. *edit to talk about her apparel cuz I really like it* As the forge is always burning in her workshop, she wears a beak-mask to lessen the amount of toxic and magic fumes inhaled, plus goggles to never take her eye out of her most delicate metalwork. In the heat and hardwork she may get to such high temperatures working with the strongest of minerals, that she often wraps herself with bandanas and other wraps to take the sweat out of the way. It can also be noticeable how the dark soot of her forge has been slowly darkening her armor, tarnishing her steel gloves, masks and gorget. She is rather proud of that, and wears her tarnished equipment proudly to show how much time she has been in charge of the forge. ------- [url=https://www1.flightrising.com/dragon/57372867][img]https://www1.flightrising.com/rendern/350/573729/57372867_350.png[/img][/url] Taftaqir An Ice-Fire banescale born from one of the eggs discovered at the ancient lair of the Banescale. The tale of that last battle sank deep into his memories, and he felt his existence was a fragment of the silent ruins left by the war. Its physical heritage is from those massacred, but his eyes and the power of his core are those of the perpetrators. Shall he desire fiery revenge, sorrowful peace, or cold justice, was a question that put his mind into terrible unease as the Fire magic he was laid on tried to reclaim what the Ice took so violently. Until during the Flameforger's festivities, during which Taftaqir acknowledged his feelings to his clan, moment he felt the ice in his core break, the flame of his soul melting the painful memories that ran as tears thorough his eyes, and finally, he felt his own fiery self take a stand inside his heart, the ice shard of the magic that contaminated his core hurting him no more. Even if he cant control fire as other fire members of the clan, he is proud of his fire heritage and uses his Ice magic with the same passion and determination that the Flamecaller puts in when she opens the crust of sornieth. He is a fiery Banescale.

I adore the look and even made her a breeding pair to have G2s that share the look. [center][b][u]Hey there![/u][/b] Third time with a theme week! Whoop whoop! Unfortunately I don't have very many fire based dragons at the moment, but I'll try my best! [b]Springleaf, the Keeper of Scrolls[/b] [url=https://www1.flightrising.com/dragon/63337561] Springleaf's page[/url] His bio is still a wip. I want him to be a keeper of some sort of written knowledge, like maybe a record's keeper or a librarian of some sort. Somebody who's good with scrolls and organizing and storing countless amounts of information. He's always cooped up in his studies, always buried in his mountains of scrolls and the occasional piles of books (he prefers scrolls over books because he feels they are from "a more civilized time", which many dragons find odd seeing as he seems to have no particular reason of thinking that. That or he is just being snooty and trying to shoo you away with his borkwyrm vibes). Despite being scared of [i]literally everything,[/i] and especially [i][b]FIRE[/b][/i] he has a little bit of fire magic which he often tries to hide or contain, which often ends up in a candle exploding every time he tries to light one because he has little to no control over his magic, (shake my head...). Although he can be defensive and easily offended and kind of annoying with how bad he is about it, he's relied on by the clan to keep all of their information in line (whatever that is when I decide what that is), although they have a habit of playing a game of hot potato when it comes to deciding who should go see him in his office. If you stuck a general and a level 20 barbarian together that is how you could describe her. Angry and dangerous. She was once the Queen of her own clan in the Scarred Wastelands by the rim of the Wyrmwound, and felt she had to kill whoever opposed her authority to stay on top of the food chain. When there was nobody left to kill she decided to make a change in her life and fly off to the Windswept Plateau, where she would eventually join the Azurewinds clan. She is scared of the ever looming doom of extinction upon her kind that had already tried to take them before, and has decided to protect her and other species from experiencing the same fate. She is less killy-killy stab-stab now and more kick you booty-mc-tooty if you oppose her, but if she ever needs to return home it's right back to square one. She isn't like others of her species who have abandoned the art of weaponry and craft, and tries her best to find items and apparel that suit her, but that's hard for her to find seeing there are no merchants selling apparel for Banescales. But she makes do.
