These won't be nice to your typings, but Mt. Freeze and Magma Cavern are full of high exp pokemon (like Onix/Steelix). Lapis Cave has better type advantage, but lower exp gains. @flyingcat111

Is rage a good move for Cubone or should i not learn it?
If it is a good move what move would i get rid of?

If I remember right, Rage is just a stat raising move (gives the Enraged status, which ups attack for each hit taken). In Gen 1-2 it was a fairly ok attack dealing 10-20 damage and getting stronger with each use, but Gen 3 onwards it just raised attack.
Gates to Infinity gives it the original 'does damage and gets stronger each turn' plus the Enraged status for some reason.
So it's more or less just Focus Energy with a slightly better kick of lasting the whole floor and getting better boosts.
