This is GoldenCrimson (I will rename her). She stayed as she was for a very very long time. I was soooo unsure about possible gene-combos, especially her tert Denim (I love denim btw) gave me some struggle.... So I decided to scatter her and after the first time I was absolutely happy with her! She fits perfect to another Gen1 of mine!
She will be the merchant of my lair and will get spines soon

Here's my random progen, Kalen!
He's red python/ice toxin/lemon peacock.
Not perhaps the best of colour schemes, and in the year I've been here I still haven't managed to find a gene that makes his secondary gel with his other two (more harmonious) colours, since ice is an absolute pain to work with, but he's not so bad a dragon and I don't want to get rid of him because I feel that being my progen I owe him at least that.
If I scattered him I'd probably end up with worse colours (since there's so many colours out there and at least like this his lemon and red go together okay), and I don't have the money to scatter him more than once, so I'm just stuck until I find something I can do about that awful, awful blue besides trying to mask it with Peacock.
I haven't been as picky finding good apparel for him as I have my custom progen, but I've still managed to make him look rather nice, I think. He's had a lot of kids, but I've kept almost all of them; the first time I thought to give them to others every single one I gave was immediately exalted, which just broke my little heart.
Anyway, he's a good lad, even if his wings are bad.

No, he hasn't changed at all. If I ever do change him, it'll be a scatter project I'll probably never get to. XD He's stayed in my lair, however, due to nostalgia, mostly and because he looks amazing in that accent. My clan doesn't really have lore but I've always envisioned him as a dark entity that towers over my custom progen (she be short and stout) but despite looking the part, the leading falls to my custom, Ghastly (who admittedly, needs to be regened and renamed.) He's very fierce and protective of her though. It's cute. ^w^[/center]

So after a couple of weeks, when I needed more space for brightly colored dragons, I exalted him. Which I later regretted. Then came the moment when we could get our exalted progens back. Once I had him back in the lair I gave him genes and now he stands proudly at the entrance of my lair:
