You don't appear to have any wishes that make for the easy requirements. After checking both gems and treasure for all the festival chests, all were well above the mark for easy. As for the apparel, while some hit the easy mark on their own, I found no combination of two for gems, treasure, or combined payment that fell at 20g worth or under. Thank you for your understanding.
