inspired by the highland scrubs of the shifting expanse, and the electric nevada deserts. i like to imagine that the dragons with lairs carved into the canyon like to decorate with neon lights, with the readily available gases and electricity provided by their home.

Digital Blackout was a name that popped into my head while scrying breeding pairs. Then it got me thinking about a skin, and so this was born. It's meant to represent... erm... something about losing data when electronics go dark.
The binary 1's and 0's mean absolutely nothing - just fun decoration.
