It's more of a severe thunderstorm/tornado theme, with some doppler radar inspired designs and some warning polygons, also based on those bright blue power flashes that result from tornadoes hitting transformers.
Edit: Thank you to those who have complimented this design. I'm honestly not very proud of it but the kind words have made me a little more confident.
