The only way I could really support this, with what Nightwind and Dagomor said, is if you could 'whitelist' sites. IE, I know that gryffs .com is safe, so I can say 'don't warn me for Gryffs .com'.
this could also have the added benefit that if someone does Grylfs .com or something else that at a quickglance LOOKS like gryffs .com, the warning would still show.

This is a really good point. The extra click to go offsite doesn't bother me personally, but if whitelisting could actually make users more secure rather than less, that sounds like a win-win.

Support.
I don't mind reading something once/every 30 days if it means I don't have to deal with the pop-up every time.
Having been on this site and the internet in general from a young age, I get that you have to learn, but you should be pretty knowledgeable about phishing scams if you're going to be browsing the internet.
Plus, the annoying pop-up doesn't make going to a scammy site any less likely than a EULA. Yeah, technically it gives you a second to look at the link again, but not really.

Do we have any lawyers playing the game? How much could FR be held legally responsible for if (for example) a 13-year-old disabled the warnings and stumbled on a pornographic Tumblr? (Yes, they still exist.)

It takes
Twelve Years for one Imperial pair to produce a Primal-eyed offspring of a specific sex. Goal-based breeding is dead.
