My proper 'sona is a Painted Dog. There was...no real [i]reason[/i] for me picking that species. I just...for some reason got absurdly excited when the zoo near me got an exhibit of them, and they were just suddenly my favorite animal. And so, choice of 'sona was obvious from that point.

I also have [i]sort of[/i] a pokesona. Sev is his own character, and I ran (run?) an ask blog with him for some time. But I'm almost more likely to use him as an online persona than my own fursona. I'd really like to make a suit head for him one day...

Here's mine! They're a fuzzy dragon named Cherry! They're semi-newish since the last sona I've had for 10-ish years (who was a cheetah) didn't feel like they were fitting me anymore.

I commissioned this art of her by Acrid here on FR. She's the first sona I've had art made for, and she's kind of an evolution of one of my three previous sonas. :3

The art's like a year old which is mostly why I'm thinking about an update, I dunno how much I'll actually change the design, it's more like "hey! i know how to draw hands now!"

@milkyAntichrist The brown and blue colors are really pleasing! I'm curious how your new/revamped sona will look, they sound interesting!
@EWSpirit Hah right? I admittedly expected at least one "ew gross furries" comment but I'm glad there haven't been any comments like that ;; Ash is cute! I love the expressions!

@Vipera They are anthros they count :P Clothes are weird. But then not giving your own character clothes is also weird so I personally end up in this weird limbo of "to pants...or not to pants..." I love Nanji's outfit so I'd say you're doing alright haha

@TomSwifty Oof hands... I figured out paw-hands (sort of) but for me and my boy, I felt weird giving him actual like. human hands. I always get kinda 'eh' about hooved animal anthros having human like hands but to each their own!
@WarriorSong omg that's your first attempt at a suit?! That looks incredible!! I'm too nervous to do one myself but also too poor to commission someone to do it for me hah. That character is super cute and totally deserves a suit omg go you
