I bought a Spare Inventory Crate that I open. With the Prismatic Token I got from the crate I bought Rainbowfeather Thief. It took my Token, but the familiar hasn't shown up in my inventory yet.
It have never taken any time before when I have bought something so what can have happen?

Swede The rainbowfeather thief isn't in your bestiary, so you definitely don't have the familiar. Are you sure the purchase went through and your coin is gone?

Yes, I don't have any coin/Token left and still no familiar.
*Edit: I bought all items from the Elemental Festival Shop and they showed up directly
