Mr Meowgi loves cats. He loves them so much that he wears a costume to look like a cat. He likes to challenge the stereotype of the crazy cat lady by being a crazy cat man-dragon. He lives in a cave with many cats, and goes about with a cat escort at all times.
All that Mr.Meowgi wants in the whole world is a Skycat Companion. He has searched for many years, yearning. He loves to watch them glide through the skies like a flock of graceful..... cat-birds.
Preferring to keep his feet firmly on the ground, Mr Meowgi bellows out a hello into the sky every time he sees them, hailing them to come down and talk, hoping fervently that when he finally speaks to the Skycats, one will recognize in him a kindred spirit and future companion and decide to stay. But so far, the Skycats just give him a lazy wave and hello back as they soar over him going about their own business (If they acknowledge him at all, they may have wings, but they are cats after all and before all)
One day, vows Mr Meowgi, one day he will entice them to come down from their lofty heights.

We have no idea why the butterflies, kitties, and sneks are not at war on her, but she's just an animal whisperer like that, I guess. Or maybe it's the fluffy, warm fur? Or the sunlight radiating off her that give them all a nice warm place?
