Also! I am opening commissions again now that my first batch is done. However, I am only opening two slots this time, one which has already been reserved. I kindly ask that you give me about three weeks to complete upon receiving payment, as I will be taking vacation next week so it'll take me a bit to start.

What it means is that you reserve a commission slot, but we don't discuss payment or details until I take another batch of commissions and you're taken off the reserve list. I'll simply tag you when you're up and we go from there.
