I've never actually played Zoo Tycoon but afaik some of the game mechanics in Parkasaurus are completely unique. Big one being dinosaur privacy vs visitor satisfaction - you have to design enclosures to keep the dinos happy or they'll try to break out, and the dinos like to have some peace and quiet sometimes so they need to have places they can go to hide away from people. But if they're [i]too[/i] private then guests will never see them and will give less money to the park. Enclosure design is crazy complex and important here!
Also the dinos are cute and you can give a t-rex sunglasses so.

Omg it looks so cute and I love zoo tycoon types of games. I've never been good with making exhibit privacy well so I'm a bit hesitant to buy it that's such a big part of the game. ;~;
