Fulgurflight and Soot are mates, and Soot is my Fire rep! Fulgur used to be a real jokester until she became the Master Forger of her small Fire clan, assuming leadership and loads of responsibility. Soot was born in Fire territory, eventually stumbling upon the fledgling clan while out on a hunt. He admired Fulgur's determination to learn Fire's ways, staying to help her learn the customs of the land. They became fast friends, and later on lovers.

I have a surprising number of dragons that fit this range! So I kept it to those who look it, since many of the colors change dramatically depending on the genes.
I think Black is a pretty underappreciated color, but it's one of my favorites in this range. So I chose two who feature it.
I really love the contrast of Black Trail and Bones got it just so I can show her off here...haha.
