For my own personal dragons, no. It's not a big deal. I do however skew towards Lightning eyes in my lair, for what should be obvious reasons.
For the dragons I breed with intent to sell, I prefer the eye color to match or at least not clash too much, *unless* there's a reason for the eyes to really pop, for example I think Lightning eyes look striking (har) on dark-colored dergs even if they don't have any blue-range coloration.

Not at all unless I want them for a very specific look, or if they're a Spiral/Fae since they have such big eyes. Even so still usually not at all.

I like 7 of the 11 eye colors. Sometimes I'm wanting a particular eye color on a dragon, but most of the time I'm pretty flexible. If it bothers me too much, I can always toss a pair of goggles on them :)

I think it depends on the dragon. Sometimes it doesn't matter, but other times it can affect their looks so much that it makes the whole dragon more unappealing.

I usually totally ignore eye color until I look at the dragon after I've bought it. I either say, wow, did not realize how cool those eyes looked, or, huh, didn't realize you were that flight.
However, when I breed spirals and such, I always cringe because the magenta eyes are SO distracting. I always hope the person that buys the dragon doesn't mind too much.
Sometimes I'll find fun ways to incorporate a dragon's eye color into their lore. Like for this lovely lady right here:

I do require my dragons to have somewhat matching eyes, but I'm not very strict and would find five different eye colors suitable for one dragon. Like my avatar, Jinx;

I don't see how eyes should affect a dragon's worth (baring if it's important for lore or fandragons or whatever), but to each their own!
