You know you have special Niv luck when you hatch 5 eggs and only the heir DOESN'T inherit any genes. [url=http://flightrising.com/main.php?dragon=2400780][img]http://flightrising.com/rendern/350/24008/2400780_350.png[/img][/url] So, my points at generation 2: 5 x 1 plentiful breed (Mirror) + 1 point for heir + 1 for 5 egg nest + 3 x 3 Clown + 3 x 2 Crackle + 3 x 2 Stripes + 2 points for 10k+ under max budget = 30 points total.

5 x 1 plentiful breed (Mirror) + 1 point for heir + 1 for 5 egg nest + 3 x 3 Clown + 3 x 2 Crackle + 3 x 2 Stripes + 2 points for 10k+ under max budget = 30 points total.

@HailfireAlicorn Nope, your founder does't have to be first gen, it was just a nice "clean slate" idea when I thought up this challenge that ensured randomness. It's not essential.

Okay, my Gen 3 Heir hatched yesterday, I again got a step up in breed rarity but not genes, sadly. I think I'll stick to the same breed for now and try to get genes :D

points so far: 9 (from gen 2) + 6 (skydancer heir, ungened) = 15

plus his mate, for 20000, so plus 2 = 17

again, I will wait with adding the exalting scores until the end.

I'm 8h ahead of flight rising time. Please ping if you need me!

@justjasper Thanks for the response! I ended up just biting the bullet and paying the price (and a little bit higher than the lowest price so it'd be a Fire egg; my lair is completely lacking Fire and those gorgeous eyes~ ;P ) for an unhatched egg for the surprise and random factor, but I'll keep that in mind for any future games of the challenge! :) This beautiful tundra girl hatched out of the egg.
