Well it is official now. After going nearly broke and a breed change later the first of my copper strawberry mint pair is finished. These flashy bio-luminescent beauties.. I hope to have his mate in the near future.

Today, I hatched this guy who has potential to become a copper cave dragon:

Now, I made scries of him with Skink and Toxin:

About the tert, it kinda fit the copper strangely. The only thing I worried is whenever that tert can be considered too bright or not. Any opinions?

@MettatonsLegs Carrot's definitely fine, it usually matches the copper tones well. And with the bright colors you can think about tertiary genes that would use the brightness to make that part of the dragon look luminescent, too. Like Contour works well, or Spines is a nice subtle option for tertiaries that don't look great any other way, too. And basic is a totally valid option where that color wouldn't be visible at all.

So I gave my copper cave lore today, which led to me looking at this thread again...which led to me doing some scries for fun...which led to me suffering because I need all of them.
