Apparel slots have reopened! I've also added little descriptions for roughly how much apparel fits each tier.

As a heads up, though it's still some weeks away, I will be taking NotN eggs and chests in exchange for these adopts when the event is active. I'll be sending out a ping when that happens, and will determine prices on the first day of NotN.
