Dragon Share

This is Deceptive, who founded the clan along with Blueflare! He's actually the custom progen I made when I created my Flight Rising account! He was originally a Guardian, but I gave him a Bogsneak scroll.
He sacrificed most of his children back in Fire Flight, believing that he would grow bigger and gain more power.. Though this turned out unsuccessful, he had gained a sort of cult following. When he was discovered by others, he took his clan and travelled for a while, which ultimately ended in a dispute with a Nature Clan who cursed Deceptive, his clanmates, and their descendants to have foliage grow on their bodies and sap their life energy. They fled down to the Southern Icefields, hoping to make an o-kay home there. Nowadays, Deceptive is weak and ill due to his foliage, and rarely presents himself to the clan. rendering him more of a legend if anything. Most of the clan don't know the truth, however, and decades of brainwashing and dictatorship has led the clan to believe Deceptive to be a large, powerful being who could rival the deities if he so chose.
While small in size, Deceptive is a notably strong dragon--though probably not as strong as the deities.

My actual progen.. he's gruff, often threatening and doesn't talk much (he prefers the company of the familiars over the other dragons). but Nobody messes with his clan. the random progen and their best friend (who is kind of the diplomat of the clan) do a lot to sooth things over or Rimefrost here would probably scare a lot of dragons away. Originating in the deep reaches of plague territory, she fought viciously to protect the small group of dragons that she could keep together. Eventually, after a long trek through the heart of Shadow territory, they settled and expanded in the light flight. Many of the dragons under her lead are scarred and muscular from previous fighting and training, but have settled for a long, well deserved rest in the warm sunlight.

Though he mostly seems laid back and little more than a walking safety blanket with fondness for baked goods, he works hard to make everyone in the clan safe and comfortable. He's the one who chose the very first spot of land to shelter him and Willow from the rain when they met and he still remains as the Clan Father who welcomes weary travelers with open wings.
