I see Cormag as a hopless romantic (classical not the love kind). Very grounded in his emotions and loves enjoying the little things in like. Probably runs a bookstore or flower shop and paints and writes sappy poetry in his free time.

Deep with the ice covered dune this little Tundra spends most of its day making immaculate snow sculptures. Pushing the deep powder into stranger geometric shapes and patterns, Sharen, creates intricate labyrinths in winter dunes. While, some would call Share mad or possibly a genius she does this to both entertain and educate others.
Hearing the stories from many other dragons about the hustle and bustle of the rest of the world, Sharen realized Dragons were forgetting to connect with themselves. While some dragons were obsessed about fashion, others fought in wars and others still could think only of eating and what the next adventure would bring. Sharen, realized by creating these gorgeous and strange labyrinths those who ventured in would have time to marvel at the splendor but also contemplate what the maze means to them.
This kind of thinking is deep like the snow drifts and by making these endless labyrinth,Sharen, hopes to give a bit of wonder and self reflection (pun intended) to those who would venture to see the work which has been lovingly made in the landscape.

I headcanon Hibiscus as a beautiful, elegant dragon... I imagine he would enjoy attending dances and wearing sweeping, airy silks. Perhaps he's a charmer, but on the other hand I like to think maybe he's unaware of how graceful he is, and simply draws people to him naturally, but if he met somebody he really liked and wanted to pursue he would get terribly quiet and unsure what to say or do. He probably likes to sing and has a clear tenor voice. ^u^

I can imagine that as a hatchling Varja was her parents' favourite, her control over her lightning power and her build causing them to fawn over her at every second. Because of this she grew up feeling like she was better than any dragon she came across, and her speech is usually self-centered or harsh-sounding. Varja grew up admiring the top warriors and mages around her. Throughout her adolescent years she made it a goal to keep working hard to try to get to their level. Eventually she made it to one of the front line warriors, and her intelligence scored her a place in the battle strategy team - meaning that she has to wear special ebony filigree armour that commits her to secrecy. She adorns herself with lots of expensive silver jewelry to show her status, and dragons under her command are very loyal.

The astrological movements of the universe fill her with wonder and she wants nothing more than to have a greater understanding. Often times when flying she will soar as high as she can and imagine she is among the stars and planets, and truly at home.
Of course, because all this star watching can only happen during the night, her sleep schedule is all but non-existent.
(also, not part of the headcanon, but I love your dragon Tolkien. He's good)
