id like to inquire about levels, im guessing its not all for one dragon since 100 levels is impossible at the moment, so what is the required level for a dragon to be trained to? and would the dragons to level be supplied? either way im happy to breed some dragons to level. and would all need to be leveled before commissioning?

Not Lyka, but I'm a receiver. This works like most foddart. You buy the dragons. You train them yourself, then send them to me.
As for minimums, 5 is fine for easy math, but if you're buying tickets, you need to go to 6.
Finally, you pay before you get your art, and you finish paying before we close.
