It's a GW2 Character from [url=https://eviru.tumblr.com/]Eviru[/url] with the name Izzou. I show her the silk Cloths and I say as Joke I make a Izzou Dragon... yes, this happend. This is the reason, why this Fea have Hair and Tattos at this body :D
