Most of her apparel is based on my Wind Waker avatar's attire, with the accent and emblem added to give her a Lightning vibe. She's the strongest Lightning dragon in the clan. He's basically the Phantom Virus, except he isn't weakened by magnets and is a [i]real[/i] ghost. In addition to the usual electricity conduction, he can also warp to and from various electronics... I don't think that really comes in handy in Sornieth, though. As his birth element, his Lightning abilities are considerably stronger.
