i'm always interested in hearing what obscure/weird music people listen to, especially when the bands themselves have a weird concept
for the longest time my favourite band was steam powered giraffe, which is a vaudeville steampunk robot mime act ?
they're really good
they've cycled through a few different looks with band members coming and going but i highly recommend checking them out their music is brilliant

what are your favourite (weird) bands?
My favorite weird bands are "Studio Killers" and "Die Artwoord"!
Studio Killers is an animated band sorta like Gorillaz only Studio Killers is from Europe and has only one human singer as their mascot.
Die Artwoord has the weirdest songs and music videos... Just look at "I Fink You Freeky" as an example. I like them because they are good people who like to have fun!

They're a sort of feel-good pop punk group, and I listen to them whenever I'm particularly depressed. Not exactly musical genius, but they make me smile.
I don't know if they're "weird," but they do fall into the "no-one's ever heard of them" category.

I like several weird bands, but my favorite is Powerwolf.

Jugding by their outfits, you might think they belong to most of those regular black metal bands. But instead they make rather satirical power metal about werewolfs and the christian faith.

Im a big Marilyn Manson fan, and basically everyone thinks he's weird.
And most people ive spoken to about Ghost said they seemed weird.
