I see you've got yourself a familiar (think of it as a pet for your pet), you can only use one of each kind, and you can check out different ones via the
Bestiary link. Many users like to collect them, since clicking on them daily eventually yields different chests, which offer you nice items and materials (like other familiars, apparel, and a bit of treasure).
If you're looking to earn money, though, best way to do so is to hit up the Fairgrounds. You can only earn up to 75k a day on that, but it's still a good way to go about it; playing Shock Switch on easy would be my recommendation, but it's good to try all the games and see what works best.
The Coliseum is also a great place to earn money, since this site promotes exalting dragons as a way to get treasure. If you click the
Flight Rising logo and scroll down to exalt bonuses, it will tell you how much extra bonus treasure you get for exalting dragons that meet the criteria for that day (it changes daily). To make the most out of it, however, it's best to hit up the Coliseum and level up the dragons some to get extra treasure. My recommendation for exalt level is 7, since it takes longer to level dragons the higher the level is.
There's also a lot of little fun things you can do in the forums, like swapping dragons in Dragon Trading (there's something called a
Master List Quest on there where players try to hit different goals for dragon trading), and you can RP or buy/sell art, or RP in the forums as well.
