one, but im such a restless sleeper it always seems to end up kicked to the floor!
Most of the time it's two! I sleep with one under my head and hold the other one while I sleep (unless I'm with my bf, then I cuddle him, lol).

2. one's not enough. my bed is too small for excess pillows of any sort. I have a decorative one that I decided not to keep on the bed because I kept knocking it off :(

I have four pillows, but I only use two!
I need the extra height because with one pillow, it worsens my asthma and is just overall uncomfortable. I love snuggly pillows!
