I usually sleep with two pillows under my head, though I remove the larger one if it is too hot and/or humid in my room. I also have a lot of stuffed toys on my bed, though I do not use them as pillows despite the fact that they are always near or on my head.

3 because my bed is a queen so it's got two but I only sleep on one. The third is one I bought at IKEA with a really cute cat pattern and i usually hug it while i'm sleeping or have it pressed against my back
