Okay so not so much an incorrect color, but an area where color is not supposed to be.
Female Mirrors, Tiger Gene, back foot sock gradient is creating a halo of color onto the tail

Not really sure if it's intended or not, but orca seraph on male pearlcatchers has this little white stripe near the top of the wing, on the black area, while females (and other breeds, just checked it) seemed to lack this little white stripe.

Female Guardian Alloy, back wing doesn't have any decoration, where male does. All the colours.

The same alloy discolouration on the wings for cyan. Looks strange, because the green glow is there, but not a metallic sheen

I do not know if this has been discussed yet, but I hatched this little imperial today. I noticed its Runes weren't glowing. I put him in the scrying workshop to see if its just the babies, and the adult form of him also did not glow.

This is the sibling nocturne, and the paws and runes have a very obvious sparkle/glow to them. Second picture is just for reference.

Lapis runes doesn't properly show the yellow on SD males.
Also, ultramarine seraph has the pitch black glitch on all breeds and genders. Since cyan did that too, I assume it's a bug.

Issue: They don't align with each other

The spines veer off to the left on the tail (in relation to the skink stripe) as they approach the wings. Of course, spines is an older gene, so it's really skink stripe that's misaligned, but to my eyes it looks like the skink stripe runs more along the center than the spines do...

I feel like Male Imperial artwork for Metallic and Alloy (specifically Alloy) is off. They look like two completely different colors whenever the primary and secondary are the same color, especially on darker colors.
Examples:

double Midnight
(wings seem more 'blue')

double Jungle
(wings seem like they should be 'swamp')

double Sanguine
(wings are much more 'red' color-aligned)
It seems the highlight color is too prevalent in the wing gene Alloy and it brightens the gene highly, where the Metallic gene darkens the overall primary greatly.
This weird change isn't nearly as noticeable in 'bright' colors, however. Example:

double Maize
(basically unnoticeable)
It may be an issue with the gradient of the darker/base color of the gene in the center of the wings? In the lighter color example it's very clearly darkening the overall wing to beter match up with the primary, but in the darker variants it's not nearly as deep as it should be and so the highlight colors come through more than they probably should?

Runes tertiary on my Guardian female seems to have a very obvious seam on all four feet, rather than the smoother gradient or intricate patterns on other breeds:
