He looks silly but in lore, he's the strongest mage in the clan. His real strength is as a medium, harnessing and utilizing loose magic in the atmosphere. Unfortunately, his powers are abused by the malevolent matriarch because of some awful life-debt to her or something. She used him to summon a doppelgänger and he feels mighty bad about that.

This is my clan's priest, Ministry (named after the band whose fav song of mine is "Every Day Is Halloween, because of his colors!). He and the clan matriarch decide who deserves the honor of serving the Lightweaver. If the dragon agrees, Ministry oversees the preparations and accompanies new exaltees to the sacred area where the Lightweaver will meet and collect them. She often stays alone, only coming out to tell Queen Nightshadow her quizzical riddles of vile moments to come. Many have come to fear her, however Nightshadow loves her as a close friend. Her father is Prince Pinkamena, and she often comes over from her home to tell him her good news. She and Luka do not get along, but their relationship has not ruined Nightshadow and Pinkamena's. He practices healing magic and often plays doctor for the clan while he's not heading into battle with the big brawlers Dove, Tesia, and Lagombi.
