Thankfully, there are many contingencies in place within dragon society to prevent this, and emperors are exceedingly rare! Alphabetizing these lists will make them easier to manage and follow as we (and they!) grow. To do this, our system needs for them to have a treasure sell value. After a festival is over, we remove this so that they become non-hoard-sellable and get that direct deposit button.
