There's nothing wrong with people not wanting their dragons to be exalted though and you can't just ask us not to sell or breed dragons. It's one of the easiest ways to make a large amount of treasure. There's nothing wrong with me not wanting my dragons to be slaved off to some random deity.

You're quite right, and that's exactly why you're still allowed to ask people not to exalt them, to state your preference. But you can't demand it or blacklist the person or harass them if they do go against your wishes and exalt the dragon after all. It's not your dragon anymore, you sold it, it's out of your control. If you don't want to relinquish the control over the dragon, I'm afraid the only true solution is to not sell it to begin with.
Of course you can still theoretically keep a private blacklist, no way anyone can stop you from choosing not to sell to people who have in your view wronged you in some way. Sharing said list and/or making it public is going into the realm of harassment though, as far as I'm concerned.

You're right- there is nothing wrong with you wanting your dragons to go to good homes, and not wanting them to be exalted.
There is, however, something very wrong with people forcing others to play their game the want you want their game to be played. Or demanding they do or do not play the game a certain way, with penalties and/or harassment threatened.
That's what this clarifies. You can like it or dislike all you want, you can have your opinions and you can have your emotions. But no one can have the power of deciding what another player does with dragons that are in their lair.

Which, sadly, is very poorly constructed. I just submitted my answers five times, and if I wanted to, I could do that one hundred times more. Three players with 10 minutes of free time can change the outcome absolutely. Also I'm not sure if a group of 200 people should decide for a community that counts about 250.000 players (if I didn't miscalculate).
Preventing unnamed exalts would also prevent players from exalting their own dragons unnamed.
Of course not. You can always name your dragon Unnamed. :)

The game does not currently allow dragons to be named Unnamed to prevent scamming (ie. it prevents spiteful people from naming their for sale dragons Unnamed, since buyers would think the dragons still had a free name change when they don't.) I doubt they'd change it because of this particular issue.

It is regarded as unwise to harvest claws of a kamaitachi. These weasels travel in family units, and the survivors are known to hunt collectors down.

The main problem with the exalting issue that I've seen is in the free adoptions thread. People are coming in and adopting the free dragons given there and are taking advantage of others' kindness to make a profit :/ They lie straight to us, telling us that the dragons are going to good home, and then they turn around and immediately resell or exalt. However, i want to make it clear that I have absolutely no problem with exalting, I have a problem with being lied to and having my kindness taken advantage of :< I just think it's extremely hurtful to be taken advantage of like that :/ A lot of dragons in that thread are only there because of the problem of lair space.
As for unnamed exalted hatchlings. If you're selling at fodder price, NAME them yourselves. It isn't anyone elses job.
That's all i'm going to say on the matter.
Please don't reply to me. I'm tired of seeing hate and anger on this website. The game always seems to be enjoyable UNTIL I go into the forums or something.
Everyone's entitled to their own opinions, please don't try to make me feel bad for sharing mine :)

I collect birds! All birds! Any birds! Birds!!!!
@Zanate
Unnamed is not an allowed name last I checked so no, you cannot name your dragon Unnamed.
As someone who hoards hatchlings to sell as adults to make money, I'm happy for the rule clarification. I've had people send me CRs out of the blue for their dragons back and then tell me they reported me if I decline. I also get plenty of people (polite ones and rude ones) telling me to name the hatchlings I bought or not to exalt them.
