Dreamweaver: Long hair, blue dress. the accent might be hard to do. Maybe have the flowers growing from her back/wings? And Claystrom has a sort of nervous smile.
Total cost: Lightburst Flora (are you sure about this? It's kind of a lot. I could give you another skin, or take off one dragon if it's a bit much.)

CreepySnowfox Thanks! Because the accent is 600kT and your chibis are 200kT (since they have no previous design) it would only be fair to draw three of them! It's no problem, just might take me a little longer to get them all done.
