The Game Database has information on how to get stuff plus what it is.
Breed Change: Fathom explains all the items.
You can get it from the Materials section of the Auction House but since we don't have exact search you've got to wade past all the sanded planks. Looks like it starts around 2g/2kt each.
Otherwise, Gather in Digging from Lightning, Ice, Light and Nature elements. While it's also available in the Woodland Path from Blooming Stranglers as a drop it's fairly rare and will take time to get enough drops.
