You won't get in trouble but there's no protection if a borrower of a dragon doesn't return it. The lair a dragon is in is considered the owner. I don't think your girlfriend would steal your dragon, but thecmain risk is lending a dragon or renting nests is the other person not returning the borrowed dragon.
